This original owner kitchen was meticulously maintained but needed updating throughout. The small island space was taken up by the cooktop and offered no seating. The flooring and lighting needed updating as well
WOW! New LVT flooring, gorgeous quartz counters, subway tile backsplash, gas cooktop with new vent hood, professionally painted cabinetry and an enlarged island with seating plus updated light fixtures turned this kitchen into a chef's delight with room for the whole family.

Dark paneling made for a dreary dated room!
The fireplace and built-ins needed lightening up as well. Worn carpet needed swapped for a more durable surface.
Removed old paneling and freshly painted the whole room, ceiling and window trim, added fun pendant lighting above the fireplace plus new durable LVT Flooring. Now dark and dated is WOW and fabulous!

This outdoor space was viewable and accessible from the kitchen, living room and owners suite - It desperately needed an upgrade and landscaping.
Custom wood decking and stepping stones plus new landscaping made it into a beautiful private outdoor oasis.
